SPAM Burgers

SPAM Burgers might sound funny but this recipe is from my mother in law and they're a really tasty meal to make on a cool fall evening.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz can of SPAM cubed
  • small onion diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 ¾ oz
  • 1 cup velveeta cheese cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°Dice the onion, and cube the SPAM and Velveeta cheese.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Spread on hamburger bun halves and put in a baking pan.
  • Bake for 45 or until cheese has melted.
  • Serve warm.
