Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in butter and vanilla extract.
Stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Avoid overmixing to keep the brownies tender.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pecans, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely on a cooling rack.
Cut into bars and serve!
