What are Country-Style Pork Ribs?
Country-Style Pork Ribs are a type of cut from the blade end of the loin close to the pork shoulder. They are meatier than other rib cuts. They contain no rib bones, but instead contain parts of the shoulder blade bone. Country-Style Pork Ribs are perfect for those who prefer more meat and less bone. They are often slow cooked or barbecued and can be served with a variety of sauces and seasonings. They are boneless, and they are known for their rich and succulent flavor due to the marbling throughout the meat.
