How to make Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Bars

Grease a 9×13 pan with soft butter. Measure out 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal into a large bowl.

Melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and add in the peanut butter, butterscotch chips and marshmallows. Stir together until completely melted.

Turn off heat and add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until completely mixed together.

Transfer to the 9×13 pan and lightly pat down the bars with buttered hands.

In a small pan, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly until completely melted. Pour the frosting over the bars and smooth out with a plastic spatula.
