How to make Potatoes on the Grill

Preheat the grill to 400° F.

Peel and dice 6 medium Russet potatoes, rinse potatoes in warm water.

Place potatoes in a large piece of aluminum foil. Add butter and seasoning to the potatoes.

Fold foil and sealed ends and place on the grill.

Cook for 30-40 minutes. Remove foil pack from the grill and carefully open. Salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
