You never know where you’re going to find a good recipe. When I was working on the recipe for my Fall Snack Mix last week I saw this recipe for Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies on the package of Ocean Spray Craisins. I thought they sounded really good and I would for sure make them some day soon, but when I told my husband about them he said don’t wait make them today! So, it wasn’t in my plan to make them but once I tasted them I knew I had to share this recipe.

Ingredients
- Unsalted butter
- Brown sugar
- Eggs
- Old-fashioned oats
- All-purpose flour
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
- White chocolate chips
How to make Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Using an electric hand or stand mixer, beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
In a separate mixing bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt.
Add oat mixture to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
